Family Ministry

The nursery ministry exists to create a healthy and safe environment for babies and toddlers to play and experience the love of God. We normally have children interacting through creative playing, singing songs, reading books, and enjoying snacks. The preschool ministry exists to share and teach God’s love to three, four, and five year olds. We have weekly Bible messages that teach children important lessons from the Old Testament and the deep love of Christ from the New Testament. We also experience the Bible message through songs, craft projects, interactive play inside and outside and share a snack. The elementary ministry exists to introduce and teach kindergartners through fifth graders the truth of the Bible and how to apply those lessons to their own life. We have Sunday School lessons designed for each age level (K-2 and 3-5) where children are engaged in games, lessons, songs and projects. This age group will also experience Children’s Church during the sermon portion of the worship service. During this time they have age-level Bible lessons with projects and a snack time.

Student Ministry Harvest’s student ministry exists to come along side families in the discipleship of their children. We do this by equipping parents to become the primary source of learning Scripture. We know that parents will have much more time and influence on their child’s life than the church will. So with that in mind we want to invest in the family’s life to create a greater influence in the students’ life. Our Student ministry meets Sunday mornings at 9:30 and  Sunday nights 5:45 – 7 pm for  6th – 12th grade.  We would love to partner with you as we continue to see growth in the church and in the student ministry.
